1. How long is your treatment program?
Decision Point treatment stay is a minimum six weeks.
2. Do you allow visitation?
Clients are allowed visitation every Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Family group sessions are held on Saturdays and each Sunday, clients and family are welcome to attend non-denominational services held at Decision Point.
3. Is there smoking allowed?
Clients are allowed to smoke outside of the agency during regularly scheduled breaks and free time. Doors are locked from 10:30 pm to 5:30 am.
4. Do you accept insurance?
Decision Point accepts most insurance and policies can be verified by our intake and assessment staff upon request. Decision Point does not take Medicaid or Medicare.
5. What is your facility like?
We are located on a seven acre campus just off of Walton Boulevard in Bentonville, Arkansas. Decision Point is a 75,000 square foot facility with semi-private rooms, recreation areas inside and out, cafeteria, laundry facilities, and common day rooms.
6. Do you treat persons with depression or other mental health disorders?
Yes, our medical and clinical staff help clients with secondary and primary disorders through various therapeutic interventions to include medication.
7. How do I get admitted?
First contact Decision Point Intake and Admissions Coordinator for an initial screening. After gathering confidential information, an assessment will be scheduled for admission into the most appropriate level of care.  Financial arrangements can be made by phone or during intake.
