INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT

Intensive Outpatient services are offered in both english and spanish. Intensive outpatient services are offered during the evenings for persons who require a less acute level of care. Decision Point incorporates the Matrix Model of treatment. This model was developed in California over 20 years ago and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in a group setting to assist the client in making the the behavioral and thought  process changes that will be necessary in order to live a drug free life style. The Intensive Outpatient program is offered at two of Decision Point's locations.

SPRINGDALE CAMPUS IOP

The IOP/Matrix Model treatment offered at the Decision Point Springdale campus, is a sixteen week program. Most of the clients participating in this program are living at the Springdale campus. The IOP client groups meet Monday through Thursday evenings from 5:30 - 8:00 pm. The Matrix Model material covers issues related to Early Recovery and Relapse Prevention. Family members and significant others involved in a client's life are invited to participate in a weekly group meeting. Individual and family counseling are incorporated into the sixteen week program.
