Begin by calling us during business hours at 479-464-1060, after hours at 479-381-4549, contacting us by email, or completing our online screening. After Admission, a preliminary decision will be made about placement in the program while the client is being assessed in Detox. Detoxification needs will be evaluated and your medical needs will be assessed. When required, Decision Point is able to provide detoxification for the majority of clients. Those determined medically unstable will be referred to a local hospital. Detoxification may be done on an outpatient basis or in one of the area hospitals prior to admission. Clients will also be accepted following detoxification by referring facilities and physicians. Entry into treatment will begin as soon as the client has been determined to meet admission criteria into one of our four levels of care.

Confidentiality

The privacy of our program participants and their right to be treated with total confidentiality are carefully guarded at all times. These rights are protected by law, and any violators would be subject to a fine, imprisonment or both. To ensure our program's secluded, safe and healing environment, we maintain a secure facility; only program participants, facility personnel and authorized visitors are allowed on the premises.
