DRUG ALCOHOL SAFETY EDUCATION PROGRAM

Decision Point provides Arkansas state contract services for screening and evaluation of persons charged with or convicted of alcohol or drug charges. These charges include, but are not limited to: driving under the influence (DUI), driving while intoxicated (DWI), minor in possession (MIP), public intoxication, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernailia.

Our program covers Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington counties. The program provides court screenings and all levels of mandated alcohol and drug abuse educational groups. Screenings and classes are provided in both English and Spanish.
